Procurement of the Gateway Upgrade Project, at $2.12b the largest road and bridge infrastructure project in the State of Queensland, involved more than 100 officers with particular skills and knowledge relevant to components of the project, engagement of Government stakeholders, expression of interest, indicative and final bidding phases, and the development of a complex value for money driven/risk adjusted evaluation methodology.

Consulting team members fulfilled significant roles in the procurement process including leadership of the tender evaluation steering committee and the financial/commercial team which prepared and presented to the steering committee the final risk adjusted vendor bids.
