Each member of the consulting team has played significant roles in leading major change within large commercial operations.

A focus in recent years has been the transition of a major tolling and infrastructure company in Queensland from a hybrid cash/electronic tolling operation to fully electronic or free-flow tolling. That transition has involved the design, development and implementation of new roadside and backoffice systems, redesign of business processes right across the company, development of new customer product offerings and contact channels, and signficant education of customers.

The consulting team directly led this business transformation process, and the skills and experience brought to bear has resulted in highly successful outcomes that have been acknowledged by the organisation’s stakeholders and through international awards.

The team has led many other major change management reforms in relation to business processes, organisational structures, operational excellence and governance, technology transition and financial management.
