Analysis and re-engineering of business processes to achieve efficiency is a key capability offered by the consulting team and been demonstrated across a number of industries and engagements.
Most recently, as part of the free-flow project delivery, the team led a significant initiative to map and measure the as-is processes along with the design and documentation of the to-be state. Detailed business and technical requirements were gathered and documented, and formed the basis of vendor contractual obligations for delivery and ongoing support and maintenance.
